I am trying to make a simple tack program but I keep getting a RUNT error followed by a movement error. I'm thinking the robot doesn't like not moving while its welding for too long. Is there a setting to change this?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Our jigs come on and off, however we have been doing a lot of trial and error and the jigs are in fact moving so we are currently pegging the jigs in place so they should be the same every time.
Hello,
We are having a constant issue the way we touch up our user frames for different programs. We currently touch up our welding bed that rotates and spins that has a rectangle frame and a flat jig for our jobs. When we touch up the user frame by touching a 5/8 sickout copper wire from the torch head to a locater pin at the Origin (bottom left) X (top left) and Y (bottom right) positions, the user frame is almost never consistently the same or in the same welding positions after. Any ideas on what could cause the positions to be so off every time?
Thank you
Shame we don't have this option after all, that must be why I am confused. I can transfer files to the robot using total commander, my workaround will just be to buy a thumb drive and use that as storage to write and save to. This will save storage room.
Sorry I’m new once i get to clients I can’t find PCshare. When I attempt to set up a FTP it asks for serverip/host name and remote path. Are these ports I have to setup from the wile I want it to read?
Oh okay I will attempt to use total commander. We don't have an issue with ASCII (we already went though that lol)
There is no way to have a specific location to save and pull files from? We are also working with Trumpf equipment and they have that capability and we were going off the assumption that we were able to do something similar with the Fanuc.
Hello
I have a Fanuc M-710iC/12L arm and F546703 controller. We recently switch to Octopus from Robo Guide for offline programming and we seem to be running out of space since there's more code. I know that our robot is connected to the network but is there any guides or can anyone give me instructions on how to set up a proper FTP for it? I'm looking to move my program files from my PC to the network folder and have the robot see it, and save files to that folder after touchup from the controller.
Thank you,
Nick
