  • metod for install winxp for kuka KRC2

I experimented once, I have krc2 on win95, I had to completely delete the system and decided to try to install winxp, I was able to install it without any questions, but I ran into a problem. winxp does not support the kuka program since it was developed for ms-dos for operating systems such as win95 and win98. Of course, you can try to install the program from under krc4 that works on win7, then maybe something will work out

If your KRC2 was supplied with WIN95 you cannot update to WinXPe.
IF you already have WinXPe there is nothint to update.

that voltage goes up and down all the time. are you sure you have drives enabled? that will bring the voltage up...

Maybe this is a stupid question now, but what kind of drives?

When pressing the button to make the robot move in manual mode, overvoltage occurs Ksd and there is no power supply. I measured it with a multimeter and Kps600issues on Ksd 570vdc

Hi all. The question is KRC2, the kps600 power supply gives an error that the voltage is below 60v, I measured it and it turns out that it’s only 24v, please help me direct me where and in which direction to look:tired_face:

Hello everyone, the following situation occurred: the plant bought a used robot that was not in working condition. inspection and reading of thousands of manuls yielded nothing. In the end, what happens is this: the problem is that the voltage on the x12 port should be 27.3 volts, but it produces only 18 volts. Then the kps600 and the drivers indicate a lack of voltage, that is, the green lights are blinking. An interesting point is that when you press a button on the remote control to make the robot move in manual mode, the following happens. kps600 returns to normal, that is, the green light stops blinking and supposedly says that it is normal, and the drivers begin to blink very quickly, which by mistake means that there is a power overvoltage, They started measuring it with a multimeter and it turned out that the kps600 provides 1300 volts of alternating current to the drivers. please tell me what to do, I’ve been suffering for 2 months now:tired_face:
