I am looking to create a weld monitor system on one of the machines in my factory. the machine is equipped with two YRC1000 motoman controllers, i want the weld length check function to check welds are correct length but also if they have been completed without stoppages. is this possible?

Hi,

I'm using DX200 robots, welding complex moves and working in tight areas. Wondering whether there is any data to show how fast I can set the move speeds on the pendant without sacrificing accuracy. The programme is mainly set to vj=100. However there are ones set at 75 aswell. We don't know why they are set to that as we got programmes made by external company. I need to take time out of the cycle so any extra speed I can get out of the robots reliably is a win.
