Hi,
I have a Kuka robot with KRC5 controller and KSS8.7.
My application doesn't have a PLC and use the robot controller control everything. The mastering test is requested every time after the controller is rebooted. Is there a system variable or something like that could let your program know the controller is rebooted just now, and then call the mastering test program first?

Hi,
I'm new to kuka robot and it's the first time we power up the new robot. The robot can't move in T1 mode with warnings:
KSS15117 External safety stop2
KSS15115 External safety stop1
KSS15123 External safe operational stop
KSS00404 Safety stop
X11.1 and XG58 are jumpered as controller manual said.
The robot has Safe Operation option and XG11.3 port, do they cause the stops?
Can you help for how to clear these Stop warning?
