    I have a pinout schematic for a MEW01-1 board but the board installed is a MEW02-1. I wasn't sure if they were same pinouts or if not does anyone have pinout schematic for the MEW02 board. Thanks

  • MRC with MOTOPOS

    I purchased a Motopos and the 2nd axis motor is smaller than what my servopack I have is rated.


    I have a CACR-IR15SFB servopack. 1.5kw 11.7amps


    The 2nd axis motor is SGMP-08AWYR33. .75kw 4.1 amps


    The manual says the correct servopack is CACR-IR050505FB. Just wanted to know what would be the correct single axis servopack number for the smaller motor or could I use the bigger servo pack without burning up motor.


    Also robot is MRC SK16 used to have a base and headstock, just trying to convert to Motopos positioner.

    I have a MRC SK16M with a Hobart ArcMaster 501 welder that I am trying to get comarc working. I have been able to gather phase comp data. The problem arises when I try to collect the sensing data it gives me a value of -166 on the current compensation and the sensing file will only allow 2 numbers to be entered for that value. Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts or possible solutions. I have tried calibrating welder condition file and also the uwi and kxa.
