about getting manuals for those.... there are none.
Thank you for your reply. Am I correct in understanding that there is no documentation on them at all?

Hello, received 4 KUKA controllers. Their type is ecmap1d3404be531, ecmbs3d4444be531. I would like to know more about them but I can't find any information. Please advise how to get the manual.
QuoteGripperTech is tech option used to setup and control grippers after they are mapped to robot I/Os. So to use GripperTech, first you need to get the robot to talk to it. And for that you may want to contact manufacturer for any examples. The simplest options would probably be to use converter with fieldbus that robot supports (EtherCat/ProfiNet).
And while that will get you access to gripper I/O, there is a good chance that you may still need to do some programming yourself.
Thanks for answer)
Recently got an image using a converter. I will look for information on working with EtherCat, I/O protocols in WorkVisual
Hello, I am planning to purchase a DH-robotics gripper for Kuka kr6 with KR C4 compact controller. I can't figure out how I should connect it (Gripperspottech installed). The AG-95 supports various protocols: TCP/IP, USB2.0, RS485, I/O, CAN2.0A, Ethernet (optional), Profinet (optional) and there is a protocol converter(CTS-B1.0).
Is there any instruction or manual for such a case? Ask for any help.
Are you try "ping test" in command prompt
Ping test with no problem

Most of the time there is an error: "No controller found on management port", is it related with OS problem?

Thanks for the reply, I did as you pointed out, but the following RS error occurred: "No controller found on management port".
If this error does not occur, the connection process starts and the following error occurs: "RobotStudio .NET exception: C0040403 No response from controller. Timeout. Base exception: RobApiException".
On the controller installed:
RobotWare: 6.10
841-1 Ethernet/IP scanner/Adapter
608-1 World Zones
611-1 Path Recovery
616-1 PC interface
617-1 FlexPendant interface
623-1 multitasking
Running IRB1200 robot with IRC5 compact controller.
At the moment I am trying to connect RS and PC, RS does not find the controller in the network. I connected through all ports: service, WAN, LAN2-3 without success. I attach the following material, it may be useful:
I am launching a robot that has never been in work. at the moment the battery was replaced on the serial counting sensor. axial control is available, but does not allow control in the Cartesian system, it gives the error "event 50026 - close to singularity". accordingly, there is no possibility to write a program, the same event occurs at any points. has anyone encountered this problem? controller Irc5.
