you should also show all messages you get, any compilation errors and post your code (the main program that calls CIRC_FILL)
I have only 1 error which is showing image already. I changed some German word into English word, do you think it can be the problem which I'm facing ?
you are still wrong on point 2... the 4 lines is just an example how to call CalcBase. that is not the CalcBase.
so delete that file - do not create that file yourself. just use ready made file from attachment in post linked in replies 13 or 24. you do need to unzip it of course.

1) I did the same as you said. But there is 1 error (line no. 26) in that (calcbase.src) plz see image1.
2) I did by-pass the above line & tried to run the program in T1 mode but their is error also. Please see image2 for your reference.

it took me some effort to process what may be going on since you are not posting anything useful and refuse to show what you are doing. read pinned topic READ FIRST for some hints.
i am guessing that by "four lines" you are referring to four lines of code in
so i am also guessing that you placed those four lines into a file that you saved as CALCBASE.SRC?

those four lines are not CalcBase() itself - they are just an example of how to use CalcBase().

Ok let me be specific. I want to make a program as per raster movement (that you understand), for thermal spray application. There is nothing special to hide anything😀.
Now what I did till now - 1) made a src file as per post#12
2) made a seperate src file as per post#13 (4lines)
3) made a 3rd src file as per post#16 (just for 1 circle)
Now what I want to know & confirm - 1) I perform touch-up (in 3rd prog -home, start, aux & end point)
2) now confirm as per above where I went wrong & additional what to do.

A raster scan of a circle? Hm.... Well, my GeneralEllipsoid module would produce an array of points around the circumference. It would just need an extra step to re-sort the array into a raster rather than a circular motion. Something like:

And it would require a second stage to arrange for the small "vertical" move at each end... hm. I'm sure there's a way to do it, but I'm short on time right now.

start point
aux point
target point
distance between raster lines (in millimeters)
the larger the distance value, the fewer raster lines will be calculated.
if you watch the video, first it does small circle using 80mm raster,
then it repeats the same circle using 20mm raster....
i used large values just to make shorter video (smaller file size)
Yes i have understood. I just tried this program just for single circle & for 20 mm distance. But Circ_fill(xP1,xP2,xP3,20), treating this line as a subprogram & it gives error. So again i need your help that did you make any subprogram for line no. 20 ?
CalcBase is found on forum, for example
the end result is something like this:
1. Can you show where to teach points on small circle only, as i need to program only 1 circle at a time.
2. In line no. 17 & 20, into the bracket what is written after - (Xp1, Xp2, Xp3,. ....) because it is not clearly visible in video.

For easy understanding, I want to move kuka robot horizontally towards top to bottom, while each 'z' height shift to be 5 mm but the shift can done slightly (25mm outside) from the outside of the circle.
You cannot move the robot in WORLD- Coordinate system while it has un master error, you can perform the mastering by moving the individual axis to get the mastering position of the robot.
I want to make a program in kuka robot - Like let say i have a circle of 100mm diameter, i want shift the 'Z' height at the edges of the circle as the diameter increases (roughly i want to travel & shift the Z height by 10 mm as the dia increases.
After reaching at the center of the circle, the length of movement should be in decremental order for the lower half portion of the circle.
Can anyone help me to make the program.
