Thank you guys for this forum, I've been a silent viewer and this place has saved me a few times.
Ran into an issue last year where the power cable kicked slightly off but not damaged. It seemed to make the RDC reset it's serial number to 0.
We checked all the hardware, replaced the RDC board and no changes. after a few days we pull all the power cables and reset things. afterwards the diaolog "inconsistency between RDC memory and controller. What has been exchanged?" showed up. For some on reason it had not appeared before this.
Once we chose hard drive and it reset the RDC and everything worked again.
One year later, after a normal reboot the same thing appeared. we are fairly certain it's not a hardware issue. we swapped the RDC. however this time we cannot seem to get the dialogue of What has been exchanged?
The main error is "no robot number programmed"
we also get "machine data do not match robot type"
something i notice is $Trafoname is "#KR10R1100_2 C4SR 230" and the sticker on the robot is "#KR10R1100_2 C4SR"
$Robtrafo has nothing in it: ""
when i change the values to for robtrafo to match trafonam. the "machine data do not match robot type" goes away but "no robot number programmed" stays
i guess my main question is any ideas on what i can do next, something i may be overlooking or why the dialogue of "inconsistency between RDC memory and controller. What has been exchanged?" wont show up? Our kuka guy seems to be confused as well
