Can anyone help with user-frame offset regarding CD pair and dynamic userframe?
Practically I want to offset the dynamic user frame that is tied to the leading group.
Whenever I move the follower user frame, it returns to the CD pair settings.

It is a fanuc robot R2000 ic165f and R-30iB Plus controller.

Ok force sensor but price is a problem.

And I'm not sure how sensitive the whole system is.

It is mechanical-pneumatic on rails.

when it is in a horizontal position, the weight of the tool does not exist, in all other orientations its weight exists and is different in different orientations.

the tool weighs about 3.5 kg and the pressure I want to apply is much smaller, 100g to 1000g.

It is for allicating sanding, I have to compensate for the weight of the tool so that the pressure is not too great.

I know there are ready-made aggregates that do that, but the challenge is to develop it myself.

for calculating tool weight in various orientations so I can compensate.

How else can I read angles in real time?

I have a problem with reading angles via variables using MCH_POS_W an P.

The values of W are unrealistic in some positions, they move the value from 60 to 120 degrees, when in fact it should be 90 degrees.

I don't have that problem in roboguide, the reading is fine.

Can anyone help.

In fact, I was thinking of sending a real or integer number via Profinet to plc and vice versa.

I thought it was the only way possible, through analog inputs and outputs.

Any ideas?

I am new on this forum, and need help about analog inputs and outputs maping over profinet cp1604.

I have digital IO working but can not find the way to set analog .

Controler is Fanuc 30iB plus,profinet is configured like (I device)...GSDML file etc .

PLC is SIEMENS S7 1200.
