I was told that they want the exact model.... I think Canada would be fine. I just want to find one.....
-
I have already contacted RobotWorx.... they did not have one.....
I will try Motion....
Thanks -
If anyone knows where a FANUC R-2000iB/170CF is for sale please let me know.
At this point.... anywhere in the world...... I have offices in Europe and Asia

Looking for one of these

This particular system had a very large multi-use EOAT
It would pick a pallet with swing clamps 48''x48''
Pick slip sheets with vacuum, paper sheets placed between pallet layers 40''x40''
Pick boxes 8''x8'' up to 15''x15'' with another vacuum
the EOAT could also rotate 90* without using the T-axis
you won't need most of those jobs -
On your universal outputs you can only "OUT" 3xxxx
1xxxx are internal bits -
You can not duplicate outputs in the ladder...
If an address is located within a GOUT or a BMOV .... you have to "break" it out into individual rungsGSTR #2xxxx if you change like this it will mirror 8 bits
GOUT #3xxxxSTR #2xxxx This change will mirror a single bit
OUT #3xxxx
STR #1xxxx
OUT #3xxxx
STR #1xxxx
OUT #3xxxx
STR #1xxxx
OUT #3xxxx
STR #1xxxx
OUT #3xxxx

OUT #3xxxxSTR# 70017
BMOV 2xxxx, 16, 3xxxx mirrors 16 bits -
Are you passing through singularity?
The robot is mastered correctly?
You do have the TCP set correctly? -
Check the number of files in the image back-up....
I don't know what the scenario is but, I have had a missing file.
for example on a 64meg system I would only have file 00-62.
I would copy 62 and rename it 63.....
I have had success doing this.....
I have not ever gotten an explanation as to the cause of this...... -
if you have DCS and memory still available....you could use a DCS zone..... other than that the reference position should do the trick, but it is in joint angles not Cartesian.

PSTART is parallel start. It is to run a job with a different motion group or a non-motion job without exiting or stopping the root or parent job. It is a concurrent job instruction. It is an option.
If you don't have it, you can brake out the job and run it consecutive, it just takes more time. -
I can go back farther in my archives........
Those are my "newest" old school written from scratch programs.
I wrote many prior to those.
but why even put that much effort into writing all that code, when Palletizing Software options are much simpler.
This is an okay option if you are doing single layers or a single pattern and you don't have Palletizing software options..... -
These are a couple of examples I did years ago without pallet software
18 is a column stack with slip sheets
23 is an irregular pattern
It is easier to use pallet software options -
I have not touched a MRC in over 10 years..... LOL I was trying to remember, but us OLD guys have a lot of memory issues.....
I just remember a similar issue back in the early 2000s ...... I do not feel corrected, but re-informed -
Try a line instruction ARCON using A and V setting. This is a raw request for analog values.
the values for the A and V welds will be -14 to +14
If your weld feed changes with a change of the AWELD setting, you might be missing the scaling data for the welder or the wrong welder selectedI don't have a Motoman in front of me right now, but the code will look something like
ARCON AWELD 10 VWELD 10

I think SLURBT are part of the software loaded at robot selection.
I don't remember any way to edit the motor/encoder setting on the robot itself, only the external.
robot = S,L,U,R,B,T
ex-axis
headstock = S1,S2, etc
RTU = B1 etc -
I would check the setting in the Fronius job, in the power source.
