    Im using MotoSim EG-VRC 2022SP1. Like when i try to load the project from ext. memory it just sometimes freezes. Im just new to this programming with YASKAWA and i just wanted to try if i can read the file in motosim. Like im just interested what procedure i need to enter to get to the program in motosim.

    i was wondering, if anyone has maybe opened program from real dx100 controller in YASKAWA MotoSim EG-VRC, just to see what job did they use or parameters or I/O data, etc.


    Im trying to open it MotoSim but it is just throwing errors. I would really appreciate the help.

    Yes i already saw this signals, but they indicate that either robot is running or that SERVO is ON. I will try to somehow configure signals, so it shows that robot stopped working. But still thank you for taking time i really apriciate it. :smiling_face:

    First thank you for answer. Before i started to program YASKAWA robots, i was only programming KUKA robots, which have their own system signals. One of the system outputs was $ROB_STOPPED, which indicated that robot is at standstill. Now im working in a new project with YASKAWA robot, so for safety of operator i would also use this output, which i would like to see on PLC.

    im interested, if yaskawa has some kind of system signal, which indicates that robot reached target point and that it stopped. I looked through concurrent io instruction book, but haven't found any signal, which would indicate this type of signal.


    I'm new to programming yaskawa so im trying a lot of stuff to figure out myself, but some things I rather ask here. I will be really thankful to anyone who helps. :smiling_face:

    im interested if anyone has some kind of cheat instructions to program YRC1000, because im new to programming YASKAWA robots and don't know a lot of instructions, which might be helpful in my program (like interrupt, continioust motion, offset, change of coordinate system, etc.).

    im interested, if i can convert file from DX100 controller to YRC1000 controller, because of replacement of old robots with new robots.


    Old robots are Yaskawa Motoman ES165-100 with DX100 controller.


    New robots will be Yaskawa Motoman GP180-120 with YRC1000 controller.

    Like i said im really fresh with kuka i didnt know this kinda stuff. So yes ill tell him that this is not possible and show him the text’s that you all send so i have a proof. From now on ill only ask you guys.

    Like i said im new to this, it was said to me to upgrade KSS Version so i tried my best but nobody told me all consequences that this may have. So I really thank you all for help.

    I wanted to upgrade KSS release from 8.2.6 to 8.5. Firstly i stopped the KRC on the minimized HMI (Windows), then i tried to setup the KSS 8.5 Relase. Then it showed it cant be set up and then i turned the switch off. When i turned it back on it just showed a startup KUKA picture and then directly went to Windows Embedded. So im really confused what have i done wrong.

    when i downloaded update for KSS I minimized HMI and stopped the KRC module. When i turned off key switch and turned it back on it just loaded Windows Embedded CE 6.0. I would ask you for help because i tried multiple things and nothing changed. For drive it only shows NAND Flash drive.


    So if anyone encountered with this problem, please help!!
