Problem is complex. First part is I prefer to test it with the safety signals. Second is the IO connect in DCS is blocked (This menu is protected). In bypass mode im still having problems with SSO signals that does not allow programs to start in automatic.

I'm having trouble with simulating DCS signals in Roboguide. Robot uses profinet.
Controller version V9.16. I'm trying to use Roboguide Interconnect IO function. When i connect SPI signals i can freely controll them with selected outputs.
When i use it for CSI it does not work.
Is there a way to move CSI to some other range that i can edit? I'm fully aware that it is not safe but this is done only for simulation purposes.

Hey. I have problem with measurement of external kinematic system (KP1-6300-HW_SO) with KRC4. I used data from documentation, mounted the reference pin and tried the 4 points calibration. Distance measured is over 300 mm even after turning positioner at least 30 degrees between every point. I checked the tool and mastered external axis.
Transformation values:
Axis 1 and base point: (0,0,1200,0,90,0)
Flange and axis 1: (0,0,105,90,0,0)
Measurement point and flange: (733,0,-17.5,0,90,0)
I've checked this post (similar case): Calibrating an external kinematic system but it did not solve my problem.
