Hello everyone...

I am working on a project includes a FANUC robot and a WEINTEK HMI. The type of HMI is MT8102ip and I use the EasyBuilder pro software to simulate the program. The problem is when I want to run the offline simulation in the software, there is an error which says "The total size of EXOB and runtime files is nore than 22.0M bytes". I tried several ways to solve this error such as reducing the size of the images, number of windows and... however still I can see the problem. I would be so thankful is anyone canhelp me about this. I am not sure my post is correctly related to this forum or not, so if I should ask this question in another forum let me know.

Hello everybody...

I finished a project and right now I need to create a video, so I used the recording selction. the problem is after doing record the part that is recorded, is different from whole of the window (its smaller) and I cannot see parts of my project. Is there any way to determine a frame or view for camera to preview what is the final recording video?
I would be so thankful if you can guide me...

I made a simulation with Roboguide and everything is perfect but only there is only one problem!!!

Actually during the running time for simulation, when robot wants to pick up or place a part, very short appearance and unseen happen. For instance in pick up simulation program, for less than a second the part disappears and then again appears which is connected to the robot. anyone know how solve the problem?

I tried to add a short video but it seems its not possible!

what version of software do you use? I cannot find the Program setup in the menu...

you can change the number of user frames, tool frames, user errors, registers, position registers... after a Ctrl start of the controller, somewhere in the menu of Ctrl start, don't remember the correct menu entry, but you will find it😉.

Menu - next - here the most upper one (program memory, or something similar).

yes actually I read somewhere there is a way to change the number of these parameters in the " "Controlled Start" from this path:

Robot>Restart Controller> Controlled Start

however in this part I couldn't find any option related to the Tool frame number.

But I need to define different gripper for each Tool frame. I mean there are more than 10 cases for the shape of gripper which is connected to robot and for each type of gripper I need to define a special tool frame. In this case what can I do?

I am working on a simulation with Roboguide to move a rim between different machines. Here I use a two-side gripper, but my problem is in the coding when I active a Tool-frame (for example Num 1 in the picture), the tool frame for the other side of gripper (for example Num 6 in the picture) disappears and it is not possible to see the rim in the TCP6. In order to solve this problem I activated the "keep Visible" option from Tool-frame properties, however the next problem is after this the rim is shown during the whole of run period.

I would be so thankful if someone can help me with that.

I have a question about the roboguide TP programming. In my program, I use a double gripper with two sides (A & B). I need to record in the run time however the problem is in some periods both sides should have the part (which is a car wheel here), but when use a command "UTOOL_NUM" only one wheel is shown (not for both sides). To solve the problem I used "keep visible" option in the properties of the tool frame and it some how solved the problem, however the new issue is in another periods there is no need to see the wheel for this TCP and it makes a new problem for me. I really need your help and will be so thankful for any suggestion...
