This fault is related to safety signal from door safety plug. Please check MXT board inside NX100 controller, this board is on bottom side of controller, check terminals number 9, 10 , 11 and 12.

In these terminal there is dual channel signal of safety door plugs.

Any one channel signal is getting break from field, either 24 V Or common singal.

You can verify by removing any one wire from above terminal of MXT card 9, 10, 11 and 12.

This alarm will come.

Please check field wiring of safety plug or any relay in circuit of safety plug signal is malfunctioning.

we replaced NIF unit now problem has been resolved.

Try using Fresh Card and never format card card just cut and paste to delete data.

May be new card will work.

Thankyou for your reply, Sir we have already interchanged both NTU unit and Axa card with similar robot still problem is same and there is no issue in second robot after this interchange.

This robot was installed in 2010 since then there is no modification, problem has just started from last month.

Please guide how can we resolve this issue.

As per manual subcode XYY (104) means

Unmatched signal was detected in

the double-check of the receive

data to the power-ON unit 2

and signal 04 - IORDY is unmatched.

I am not sure from where this IORDY signal generating and how to diagnose further.

We are facing an issue of frequent alarm 1345 in one of our paint robot With NX100 controller.

This is a single robot without external axis.

Alarm is coming 1345 Safe circuit signal not same (SV) with subcode 104.

We have interchanged NTU unit, Axa board, CPS power supply unit with similar robot also have tightened all connectors on NTU unit and Hot line connector from both ends.

Still problem has not been resolved or shifted to other robot with which we have interchanged these items.

Please suggest solution to fix this problem.

We have changed power on Unit NTU and still alarm is coming frequently. However alarm got cleared after power recycle.
