Have you tried updating the software?
Maybe one of the controllers is constantly trying to reach a position but it can't.
I know a lot of updates have come out for the Cobots.

I know a lot of updates have come out for the Cobots.
But some Cobot/Robots are programmable with Python trough ROS or ROS2.
UR, IGUS and more and unofficialy ABB and KUKA.
Doosan is even based on python but then you would have to use a Cobot.
You could also use C++ in combination with ROS.
In my opinion Python is a great language to learn.
You can use it for ROS, machine learning and vision and is a good starting point.
Then you could also program with your laptop or desktop. That makes programming a lot easier on the CRX series.
If i may give you a tip check if you have iRProgramming on your CRX. Then you can login with your laptop or desktop to the CRX controller. That makes programming a lot easier then the tablet.
Then you can just type the code.
Probably you have tried this but always worth a shot
Power off, connect the JRM18 connector with bridges, power on, reset the emergency system.
The JRM18 connector normally has the bridges
24VEXT_IN to 24V-2
0VEXT to 0V
EES1 to 24V-2
EES2 to 0V
EAS1 to 24-2
EAS2 to 0V
So you configured them correct. Are none of the connections lose?
