thank you for your time, i checked the pin 5-6 on TBEX2 is emty wire now.
but i checked digital mesuaring ohm pin 5 and 6 is connected . i dont know why it is connected.
then i remove the socket INPUT CNIN then chek measuring pin 5-6 on TBEX2 is disconnect . i dont know why ?
may be in the system have signal for ON Pin 5-6?
pls check and help me

I reckon you will have to create a new constant file without the 7th axis so the controller will not look for the aux axis. You could try the below.
- Take a backup of the controller and note the encoder correction values.
- Create a constant file for the robot without the Aux axis using the Format menu in Constant Settings.
- If there are any issues, you could still load the backup.

Error details that either an external Motors or External Start signal is ON when you have set the TEACH/PLAY condition to operate internally, i.e. through the Controller.
OH you are correct bsrr . we still have external motor axis 7. can you give me the solution for removed the axis th7 our of the controller ?

i need help about fix the erros E0112 Nachi Robot AW.
when i REC the new value for zero robot, then MOTOR ON button is automatic off for safety .,
after finished REC , i restart robot again , and canot push MOTOR ON again. i checked SERVICE/ TEACH PLAYBACK CONDITION / CONTROLLER it is should be choose .

Try changing the operator qualification level to Expert by entering the code R 314 Enter Key and see if it appears.

i have to add code 314 , but only some more but dont have reset encorder.
i still can not ON fuction Motor ON, because when i push motor ON, the robot have alarm encorder reset.
i try to find the wire on robot for hard reset as your instruction. but i dont see same like as your.

1) Remove the lid on the right side of the robot. (Confirm that the back-up batteries for the encoder have been connected.)
2) The reset plug is located on the inside of the cover on the right side of the robot. Connect that reset plug to the reset connector (CNRST 1 to 6) for the reset axis.After more than 10 to 15 seconds, disconnect the reset plug.
3) Confirm the data by Confirming the reset.”Axis Name of reset connector

1) Turn off the power of the control unit.
2) Confirm that the reset plug used in the reset work has been disconnected.
3) Turn on the power of the control unit.
4) Select [Constant setting : Group 1] [Encoder correction].
5) Select [Encoder correction (setting value)] to display on the next screen.
The encoder compensation value for each axis is displayed on the left side and the present
encoder value on the right side.
6) Move the cursor to the encoder compensation value for the axis that has been reset and press “0”
(zero). Press “SET” to display.
7) Select [over write] with “PF5”.
