I was referring to the paid features HawkME but i was incorrect and on the second attempt it all is loaded correctly now. Thanks for the help. Currently have a IRPK-217 Invalid Robot ID and no information online as to which menu it is located so that i can change it. Any help with that? Thanks

R47 I tried that and didn’t seem to work . I then tried to do a whole back up by uploading all the files but now I believe the features were not uploaded . With robo guide don’t think I can create image files . Is there a way to back it up using the dt file ? When I uploaded all the files it has a different start program on start up . But when I create a new cell with the dt file it works .

Can someone advice proper steps to restore with .dt file ? Initially disabled dcs in order to jog robot but after the reboot asked me for mastering . Decided to do a back up and found out when I clicked all of the above that it did not send over the features that were initially on robot and now have srvo 056 servo 006 servo 037 alarms . I also noticed the start up program is not the same as the original when I did the back up using this method . I soon discovered that image file was mot available on roboguide . So in short what is the suggested method or approach to restore the original set up ? All I have is all the original tp programs , .dt file and approximately 397 other files that I attempted to load into the teach pendant . Thanks

So i have backdate.dt and i want to reload that into the teach pendant . How would I do that? I am able to open it in roboguide and it is the original backup from the teach pendant but not sure how i can upload that back to teach pendant since original program was corrupted.

I changed a DCS setting and on the next power up i had a quick mastering for group 1 not set. I followed the procedure and did a set quick Master Ref . When i check the DCS Mastering parameters, the master count numbers are correct. But no position is correct. I been scrolling through the menus and see set up and ref postion. I am new to mastering and want to know what the process is . I have the old program in roboguide. would uploading the backup fix this?

I tried this dewitm but not sure if I am doing somethign wrong. My UALM do not get written to the register. Does this only work for the other alarms?

Thank you for previous answer. Now that I know how to add options I have an additional question.
I am trying to add the option that allows you to export points . When you right click on the controller the option click export options is not available. I guess my question is there documentation what these options are used for? How do I export Di, Do, registers, and their respective comments as a CSV? . This link is the option I am trying to add. Thanks.
