Hi,
We have a problem with the configuration of the Froniu TPS 3200 welding machine with the Kuka Krc2. The Rob 5000 OC Fornius module broke down, it was replaced with a 4000 module. We have made programs on the welding machine, but we cannot set the wire lenght at the end of welding. There will always be a melted dot on the contact tip. Wire length when welding 15 mm
I tried setting BBC options in the welding machine's configuration, but it doesn't change anything. The welding machine also does not display what type of job it is welding in T2/Automatic mode.
Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?
Thanks!
I have already checked this. I also tested it with the cabinet turned on and the batteries disconnected to reset the memory. The memory card was also disconnected
Hello, my friend has a problem with the Abb robot. After a long break, the batteries in the base and the controller cabinet are discharged. They have been replaced. The charger in the base works, the voltage is correct. The batteries in the cabinet hold 3.6 V. The robot displays an error every time it is turned off. battery 03:01503. you have to reinstall the system.
Does anyone of you know where to look for the cause? is the memory card damaged?
Hello everyone.
I work on a kuka robot with a krc1 cabinet and a merkle pu 450 rs welder.
I need help with welding settings. I have welding files saved in the robot panel, but I do not know what parameters I am welding with.
The welder has only an on/off switch.
Do you know the exact name of the welding control panel or where can I buy it?
Hello everyone.
Our irb 1400, controller s4 3.0 lost the system.
I am missing one --advanced motion 3.0 floppy during installation
I know this is an old topic, but maybe someone from our forum has such an archive
Without this floppy, I cannot run weldata and seamdata.
Thanks for the help

I'm just trying to solve a problem that robot tech support can't handle. it only transmits what the technical support page tells us. But this writing reassures me that the service doesn't know what it is doing and how to solve it π₯΄
The case looks like this. The robot is connected correctly, all wires are operational.
The previous owner cleaned it and I think that may be the problem.

Display MoreYes,
- make sure that Merkle is switched on
- check cables
- check i/o signal/state
- check krl programme
With all the given information it is impossible to make any suggestions!
Can you provide some more useful information?
Everything you write about is already checked!
I wouldn't post without turning on the welder
The only thing you could expand on is the KRL program
Hi,
We have a problem with starting the KUKA stand.
The robot is a KUKA KR6/2 control cabinet KRC-1 with a MERKLE PU 400 RS analog welder.
It doesn't show any errors when connected.
Only when we write a short program, the robot cannot ignite the welding arc.
Any tips?
Hello everyone ,
i have a problem with the Abb Irb 1400 robot. The robot doesn't want to weld in movc motion. If it saves e.g. 4 points it only does strain on the last one.
From previous Motoman robot experience I know that I should do TCP calibration. The previous owner didn't do TCP calibration. The cleaning stations also have Bullseye. I don't know where to look for this Bullseye option or how it should be stored.
This is an old 1996 robot.
Thanks for any tips
Thank you guys πππ
I use the format stp.
You are using hsf format file, it is a complete draw and it doesn't have separate sections for move. If you see the base of tracker must be stable and without moving and the base under robot that robot is mounting on it must move with robot.
You can solve this problem only if you change tracker from one section to two section. You can use SOLIDWORKS and separate tracker to two section. After that the base can stay without moving and the base that robot is mounting on it can move.
You can use rect x or rect y in maintenance mode after this change in 3d drawing.
I hope you understand and can help you.
you are talking about rect x in maintenance mode ?
i get another tsl model from yaskawa service but i have the same problem .
Hello everyone,
Do you know how to connect the robot to the tsl track? Movements switched to ex.AXIS only the robot that descends from the plinth moves.
Any tips? I would like it to look like in real life
