Thanks, the hold signal is held high. There is a pause F1000.2 in the PMC ladder which goes to an R flag on the controller. Cannot find where F1000.2 originates.

Hi, everyone. What would cause a fanuc robot to go into a pause condition. Most probably an external/prog stop. Pendant shows AUTO paused but no obvious reason.

Hi everybody, is there a manual download that explains to an idiot, how to upload and download after editing an flad PMC program to and from a R-30iA robot controller.

HI, I am monitoring part counts on a machine. in the part display of the proface hmi it gets its data from [PLC1]%AI04322. So the variable comes from the plc which in this case is from the robot controller. The problem i have is i have the project software from all the various devices but i cannot tie up the address to anything. Can anyone help.

Hi, What is the latest version of this software. I have 6.81 installed but when i want to make a new project it only lets me select an R-30iB. if i then upload PMC to new project it tells me the Pmc data and version are different so no upload possible. I understand this because the controller i am communicating with is a R-30iA. So i am assuming i need newer software, can any one confirm this please.

Thanks for that. Daft question really but at least i got the right answer. So i got the ip address on that robot ok. If the ip address is showing **************** and the name above is saying "robot"
then how do i find the ip then?

Hi, I am using Flad 3 version 6.81. I can connect to an rb30ia controller. When i get to selection of program, content transfer (from robot to pc) and check ladder only i get the message
"because the pmc control software and the model are different, the load cannot be done."
Do i need a newer version of software.

When connecting with Ethernet to a hub how do I detect the address of the r30ib controller so I can upload the pmc program to PC.

Hi I need to do some ladder programming on a system controlling 4 fanuc robots. I know which one is the master but where do I actually plug in my laptop, in the robot controller or the Ethernet hub.
