Hi, thank you. This issue is now resolved. I back tracked the location of the License manager and found it to be in a different folder as you mentioned.
I have to uninstall and then reinstall the Roboguide. Does it have any effect on the Roboguide License in my PC. If there is a procedure to safely do it please explain that too. I would be greatful.
