Found the "Search Window" Set button and made my changes. Snap + Find results in a score of 98.44 (I think required is 70) and I still get faults.
One issue fixed, but problem not solved.

So, no current employee at my work has been to IRVision training. I need to make a change, but I haven't been able to figure it out yet.
I have adequate Vision positions to see everything the robot needs to see, but it's not passing the part. On the screen, there is a blue rectangular outline and all my features aren't within that blue outline. That's my guess as to why it's not passing (2nd pic passes). I have yet to figure out how to change the size/location of that blue outline. I will be doing this through the teach pendant and can't find anything to click that allows me to change that. I originally copied a working program (different overall part, but same exact visual for the camera) that works for its part just fine. Not sure why the rectangle isn't the same as in the original?
Have new model year parts in and they are shinier than previous parts. It's causing all sorts of issues with the laser. The 2D identification is working fine, but the laser (distance measure?) is not good. We have 3 attempts to find the part with exposure settings of 20, 30, and 15. If we're failing on all 3 exposure settings, is it better to increase or decrease exposure? 2D exposures are 30, 15, and 45, and we're not having any issue at any exposure with 2D.
I'm new to iRVision. We have 18 lanes in which we pick an item up and use iRVision to align the end of arm tooling. Well, in one of the lanes, the laser cross hairs don't show up. The 2D picture is in focus and matches up well, but there are no laser lines. I've looked through the TP programs and haven't found any meaningful variations. I've tried digging through the different call programs to see what's different and everything looks the same. I haven't been to Fanuc for Vision training and haven't found anything on line yet. I also haven't found any documentation for iRVision at my place of employment. I'm really hoping it's just something that's been overlooked and can be switched up quickly. There isn't any issue in any of the other 17 lanes, so it's something to do with that one lane's programming.
Help!!
