Hello MOM, I sorted the issue out. The Cell was setup with the Robot has UNIT 6 and the program was giving me that error because the Operation Constants and in Condition for Multi station starter, I had to specify the program in specific Station.

When I try to load the program, I have no issue. But when I turn on the Motors, I get this error.
I followed these steps to debug the issue.
1.The robot is named as NB6, and the consecutive programs are named in Block level as NB6.2030.2.I converted the program to ASCII to check the issue and I opened up the Backup in FD-ST(x-64).
3.I could see the Robot being miscalled in as UNIT-6(NB6). Would this be the reason?

Hello all,
It would be great is someone can help me in this situation. When I have PL=0 in my program("PL=0" is used, the robot will move along a straight line between the start and end points of the motion.) the Timer command is being used/functioned in the Robot.
Let me know what should be done.I have uploaded the program and any help should be great.

Thanks for the reply, I found out the issue. It is because I set wrong job number for SET_ARC_W2JOB 1.
I used the READ_ARC_WxJOBNO command to read the parameters for a specific job number.
I came to know that the 101 job number was not assigned .

I created an Arc welding program for E series controller with Laser point seam searching. The point sense seems to work good but for some reason I am getting an P0100 error- Illegal input data error, I am not sure where to search the right data being set to the controller for
SET_ARC_W2JOBNO 1= 101 # Job condition 1 for indupt data 101,
Can someone help me where to check the data in the Controller
