My company has acquired a used Denso VS060 and RC7M controller. All I have is the manipulator, controller, power cord with the non controller end cut off, and communication cable that has been cleanly cut in 2 so I am looking for a good service manual and pinout so I can try to get this thing on a road to movement. ANY help is greatly appreciated.

I am trying to get a UR 5 CB3 cobot running and having difficulty. I can move the robot in low level control without a problem, but when trying to initalize the arm it throws an "Error! Incorrect robot mounting, check installation!" and leaves the robot in idle. Everything appears to be fine in the installation file, but I am not sure on the "mounting". It is floor mounted, but should the angle be 0 or 180? It seems this angle is where it is failing, but I don't know enough here. Can someone help shine some light on this issue or redirect me to a resolution?

Does anyone have experience with using a commercial high speed camera like a go pro to watch robotic actions inside of a press? It seems high speed cameras are becoming better and cheaper, and could easily be mounted near a robot or even on an end of arm tool. I am interested in using this to see any variations that could be happening inside of an IMM with grippers and cylinders but am concerned if 60fps and 5.3k will be enough to see the quick actions robots can make.

I need to find a way to backup a few Yaskawa XRC machines. I have read that I will need a cf card that is 32mb or smaller or a floppy disk. I have also read that the cf card must be formatted on windows 98, an old camera, or possibly with the dx100 pendant. I have about 5 XRC machines that need to be backed up. I also have access to nx100, dx100, and dx200 all of which have been backed up with no problems. I have a 512mb cf card, which was partitioned down to 16mb, FAT. Can I use this card to format in the dx100 controller? If so, what steps are needed? If not, What tools will I need to come up with in order to back up these XRC machines in the most inexpensive route? Thank you for any assistance.
