I have a project upgrading a cell with a Panasonic GII-U004 that controls a turntable. Mfg Code: N PAK 1Y02 Y 03*7 (July 2003?)

There is nothing about the turntable motor or drive in the schematic for this or a sister machine. Attached is a photo of the amplifier card that drives this. It's the same as drives the robot motors.

Does anyone know if these 2 parts can be removed and used by PLC control if installed in a separate cabinet? Or would this require a new servo control and motor?

I was just contacted by Turin Robots, China, wanting me to become a U.S. distributor for their line.

They advertise 20,000 robots worldwide with a 40 year history, and the catalog, videos and manuals they have sent make them to be a good robot.

Has anyone here ever had the opportunity to work on or program Turin robot?

This looks like a good opportunity to expand into industrial robots, but I would like to hear some feedback on them first. Good and Bad.
