Recently pulled an Nachi AR controller and SC15F-02 robot out of storage. Replaced the batteries, created a constants file then received a CPU error on the UM870 and UM873 boards. I replaced the boards and the robot fired up fine. However, the constant file was from a SA130T-01 robot so I formatted the memory and changed the constant file to SC15F-02. This through an error and put me back to the interrupt screen with CPU errors on the UM870 and UM873 boards. Perhaps I'm missing something but I've done this with AW controllers and SF series robots and it went fine.
Any ideas why changing the constants file would through CPU errors on these 2 boards?
