Ty for The reply, The exact issue is that if i use multiple searches, The latest ssfton overwrites current ssfton. Is there a workaround to shift on during a shift on, with The same coordinates? Saw old Post at this Forum and 95devils quoted that you could shift BF and then for example shift TF so they would Be additive.

Hey, i've been struggling with motoman welding cell touch sensing, if we are welding difficult seams with a lot of searches, without tracking it seems very hard to maintain, always if the seam goes off the taught point, the edits afterwards take alot of work with multipass welds etc., so im wondering is there a way to make custom search program, that doesnt use normal search surfaces as a reference for calculating the offset, but instead if there was a reference point for arc starting point, so the calculation would be executed as the offset of that taught point to the found surfaces, and not just an millimeter offset from the originally taught surface reference points.

In a nutshell, im looking for a solution that makes correcting weld paths easier, without the need of teaching the search, and weld all over again if the part is misplaced etc.

Tracking is not an option in this particular case.

Hey, could anyone send an example program of multilayer, im failing on The point when im shifting a root pass of a circle. Im shifting towards world coordinates, and this IS wrong of course, IT won't shift correctly at The other sides of The circle, what IS The correct way on welds like this?

Hmm, could u just use variables and IF command. So basically if u get signal from your "coil" when its on, u could use certain IF commands in ur program, for example:

    NOP

IF B010=1 THEN // <-- Bxxx being your own signal

TCPON TL#(1) // <-- Change tool number to tool file u want

IF B010=2 THEN // <-- Bxxx being your own signal

    TCPON TL#(2)

    MOVJ C00000 VJ=10.00 //

    MOVL C00001 V=100.0 //

    MOVL C00002 V=200.0 //

    MOVJ C00003 VJ=10.00 //

    TCPOF

    END

Hi, how can i extract the pulses/degree ratio from ALL.PRM file? I cant import my .prm file straight to RoboDK without errors, so where i can see the pulses/degree ratio in ALL.PRM file?
