    Guys I recently had to service1 of our Panasonic robots for the dead battery issue and subsequent reset problems that arise from it.


    In post #3 from skooter he put a link to service manual sm00037EO1.pdf. On page 6-8 of that manual the procedure to jump the pins is NOT correct. Ya need to jump the pins on the jumper terminal itself. NOT the pins between the header and jumper terminals as the picture seems to indicate.


    Then you line up the positions of the axis to reset and go to "teach axis by pendent" . I will try to attach the full "correct" procedure as I received it from Panasonic.
