  • CS7B manuals & help

Anyone have any manuals for Stäubli CS7B controller? I have a RX90B robot with CS7B controller and i can't get it to boot up. I was Able to find some manuals but they were not much help.

I am new to Stäubli robots, but the inside of the controller looks clean, no dodgy wiring or anything, but any manual that provides me with information about the boards and the wiring would be very helpful.

When i start up the controller the teach pendant doesn't do anything. I have 2 teach pendants so I don't think they are both broken.

Thanks for the tip! im sure to check that out.

But for now, i have another robot that needs to be checked. Hopefully it doesn't need as much repairing as this one!

    I see. good to know.

The thing is, this robot is waaay to big for anything i would need a robot for right now. so i might have to find a new owner for it, but time will tell. I have a few abb robots here as well which are more of the size that I need right now.

Anyway. I thank thee sir again.

01/2001. But this robot was a backup robot so i doesnt have that many hours on it.

Ye, need to check the greases and give her a little washup. And make that backup.

Thank you so much for all the help!

Also, the backup you sent me back. what changes did you make? i feel like some configuration was set wrong?

i pressed the brake release button and the robot moved a little. After that holding the Dedmans didnt cause an error.

well... almost there. The brakes release, but after holding it down for a while (not trying to move anything) it goes to an error state.

Error 1500: Jt 1 of motor overload.

it can be cleared, but it goes back to error mode after a while.

    Main cpu response error

i think so, yes. the first input was 10then it asked for the model type. so that input was 31. But the type on 31 said FS030L-A001. But the plate on the robot is FS030L-B. But FS030L-B wasnt on the list. then it was 6 axes and the serial number.
