We have created and loaded a program into the Kuka Cabinet (let's call it FRIApplication) to connect the robot via FRI commands. To operate we first have to launch the FRIAplication on the cabinet with the SmartPad then launch the control code on a PC.
However, every time the FRI connection is broken or stopped, the FRIAplication is stopped and needs to be relaunched with the SmartPad.
Is there a way to launch an application on the SmartPad via some form of TCP port or similar?
