You should change both belts at the same time and you will need a frequency meter to do it
It is quite easy to do

The manual would be the maintenance manual but there is at least one per robot model. What robot model is this for?

A few months ago we replaced the wrist belts on my KR60HA robots. The belts from Kuka were cheap, $43 each, so for that price you might as well just change both, They are supposed to be changed every two years anyways, if I remember correctly. It concerns me that you have a broken belt, how many years old are the belts in the robot?

However, the frequency measuring device from Kuka was not cheap, PN 71-053-386 about $3800. I don't know why it's so expensive.

Best to change them both as they will have the same wear and only takes 5 mins more to do both but it's up to you
