    Quote from Robodoc

    Aishpd,

The 1325 alarm comes up if the system stops communicating with any encoder. You can have this at two times. One, if the robot is running and the wire to the encoder brakes or is unplugged. The second is during boot up when the system is getting the pulse count from the encoder.

If all 6 axis are highlighted when you get this alarm, something common is bad. The first thing I would start with is the 1BC cable. If you have another NX robot, all the 1BC cables are the same so you can swap it. The next thing I would check is the 24 volt out to the encoder system. The quickest way is to swap the AXA card with another NX robot (there is no data on AXA card so you can just swap it).

The next thing would be to call Motoman and see if a service tech could come out and have a look.

Greetings Robodoc, communication error 1325 might also be encoder cables maybe inside the cabinet? I'm also having the same alarm especially after lunch it stucks now and then but from 6am till 12:00am works perfectly without giving any kind of alarm, only in the afternoon. I did swap the cables since I'm using NX100 but nothing gets better. I'm thinking of maybe requesting assistance from Motoman to have a look on this alarm, probably they might find something

Probably you need to change the cable harness on the robot

Can anyone assist me with "encoder battery weak station 1&2" which batteries in the cabinet are of the encoder. In the top cabinet its 2 blue batteries with 2 separate wires male and female.

At the bottom cabinet is only 1 battery which has also 2 separate thin wires with plug of 4holes.

Go with the ones in the top cabinet. Typically, an external axis battery is just one battery with two wires with crimp on connectors, one male, one female. You have two of these since you have two externals.

The one in the bottom with two wires and a flat black connector is for the memory of the controller.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.

Greetings, what might be the cause of safety beams keep on opening when you have started up the robot or while the robot is still running and obviously stops the robot?
