    Go to tool data ,probably you have two tool named the same "tool0"

    That is correct. See the attached picture. I know I need to remove one of them, but I don't know the procedure. When I try to delete it says the file is read only.

    hello, tool0 is a default tool so i thing you need to eliminate all the BASE module ,you need to figure out witch module to keep

    Base_MT is the same module but to be loaded into other tasks for multitasking, delete the module.
