Kawasaki CX110L robot with an E controller not moving

    Hello,

We have a Kawasaki CX110L robot with an E controller.

    The robot was working normally.

In the application, we take a glass and take it to a base to level it so that we can pick it up and put it accurately in another position.

The glass on the pallet was crooked, resulting in the robot picking it up crookedly and when it went to level it, it crashed and broke the glass.

Therefore, the head is currently not in contact with the leveling base.

After that, we went to move it in teach mode manually but the robot does not respond.

It sounds like the motors are arming but the robot does not move and does not give any error.

Unfortunately, the robot is now in another country and we cannot try to move it with a command via the terminal.

Please let us know if you faced this issue or something simillar.

    Thank you!

It can be something as simple as the teach-speed being set to the absolutely minimum, then it doesn't really move but sounds and looks alright.

A picture of the TP when trying to move, would be a big help with troubleshooting.

Thank you very much for the answer and sorry for the delay in responding.

In the end, it was something as simple as a pressed Hold button.

Sometimes we immediately look for a difficult solution when in reality it is very simple.

    Thanks again.

I mark this thread as resolved.
