Hello everyone,
I have 2 robotic systems that are exactly the same: Fanuc AM120iC/12L, R-30iB, software version 8.10/43, Lincoln Powerwave S700 welder, 4R220 wire feeder.
One of them shows the wire feeder motor current on OTF screen and on AI4 of rack 90, slot 1, channel 1 (Lincoln Arclink). However, the other system is identically set-up and AI4 shows only zero, and there's nothing about wire feeder current on OTF screen.
Maintenance department thinks it is very important to display that current and keeps buzzing me to make it, but I can't find any difference on Lincoln setup or system variables ($AWE_OTF are the same).
Can anybody help me with it?
