Yesterday I pressed the red button in the pendant and since then I cant get the motor on presumably because of:

(D1561) [Power sequence board]AC primary power OFF, I have a Robot type: ZX165L-B001.

Also in the PC screen I notice is stuck in autostar3, which i already disabled and restarted but kept the same.

    Any idea?

Just addressing what you said you did, if the red button is the e-stop then I would say your e-stop button, or the wiring has an issue. The e-stop will drop off power to the motors as you describe and you will not be able to run it.

If there is something more involved, please write back. I would also suggest if you have another of this type of robot swap the pendants and see if the system works again and if the issue is now on the other robot.
