I really don't want to sound harsh, but without context, this kind of question is pointless.
Although both can be placed inside "robot simulation software" bucket, DELMIA and Roboguide are very different products.
What do you want to achieve with such tool?

Router trimming of large plastic (hdpe & ldpe). Mostly odd shaped cut-outs with router bits & small 1-1/2" diameter saws. I want it to act like MasterCam does for a CNC vmc/mill where you write your toolpaths/cad-to-path & then send it to the robot. I need it to be easy to calibrate or able to send TP from robot back to virtual world to adjust inconsistencies virtually & to keep records of where the project is at for day-to-day adjustments.

If You have just these two options to chose from, I would recommend Roboguide. It is cheaper, simpler, and it's output is a native .TP file.
But if time and money aren't problems, DELMIA would be an interesting option, since it enable You to work with other robot brands in the future, if needed.
But I'm not sure if none of those softwares has dedicated CAM functions. I remember Roboguide had something called ChanferingPRO, but never used that.
Now, if You has the possibility to chose any other software package, I would strongly recommend something that has dedicated CAM functions: RoboDK, IRBCAM, Robomaster, ENCY (formerly know as SprutCAM), or something like that.

Fanuc has an option to convert g code to robot movements and this can be done with Roboguide.
If it were me Id choose roboguide as its a native Fanuc solution and you'll get better support for it and things will work better with the robot most likely
