Looking for CFD-0000.pkg system file for NACHI MZ04D (missing system USB)

    Hello everyone,

    I recently acquired a second-hand NACHI MZ04D robot with a CFD-0000 controller and pendant (CFDTP-10-04M, year 2017), but unfortunately, the original system USB stick is missing.

    The controller still boots, but I’m unable to reset it fully or disable FieldBus configurations without access to the original firmware or recovery files (CFD-0000.pkg or CFD_SYS.BIN). I’ve already contacted NACHI Japan and NACHI Europe but have not received a reply.

    If anyone has the system install package or knows how to obtain it, I would be very grateful.
    Even a private message (PM) would help a lot.

    I am unaware that NACHI provides a system disk for the controller. For resetting or formatting the controller, use "constant" settings and "format". If you are looking to have Fieldbus disabled, then use "Constant" settings->"communications"->"fieldbus"-->select channel and set "none."
