Hello everyone,
EDIT: Robot is Kuka vk120 with VRS1- B1 controller
Im having some problems with this robot, firstly there was no key disk provided with the purchase so if someone has files or the disk would you contact me please.
Secondly every time upon startup a message appears 'RAM-ERROR' which i suspect is connected to the fact that i have to normalize axis every time after powering on. After that i am able to move the arm freely although its speed was limited to 4% in the constants menu.
Im having some problems with the single step function as well as i can start a program and move to point 0, now according to the manual im supposed to wait for cont. to appear to move on but the message to wait just stays without the machine doing anything.
The cycle function just says something like automatic not supported, im sorry i forgot to take a picture of the error, and says press esc to continue but that does nothing.
Im also confused by the sequence selector on the panel as it looks to be added after and im unaware of its function, only that it is activating a light in 06 module . Though i figured out KWE2 switch is lattice protection jumper.

I would also like to add that i am a beginner with NO experience with robot arms, or any robots actually so any help is more than welcome. I am aware that this is a VERY old robot but its all i have access to as im also a student so any experience is better than nothing.
