Kuka KR C2 as Profibus Slave, Siemens S71200 PLC as Master

    Hello guys,


    i have a trouble related Siemens S7-1200 PLC and KUKA KRC2 controller communcaiton via Profibus.

    Everything seem okey, but not exist I/O transfer from plc to robot and inverse.


    I will share pictures from Tia Portal and Kuka flexpendant screen. Could you please help to me if you have available information related root couse of my problem?

    First of all i want to list the Kuka controller side configuration views below.

    Please don't share screenshot of ascii files like IOSYS.ini, you can share the whole file instead here.

    In pfbms.ini you have declared slave address 8,but in IOSYS.ini you use address 2. Haven't seen the address you use on plc.

    in IOSYS you use only 2 bytes, in plc you have declared 8 bytes. That shouldn't throw an error, but you can use only two of the eight bytes.

    You have errors that don't have to do with profibus configuration, the thing with "data on rdc... ", you should fix them also.
