/R1 machine data loader aborted

    I am trying to put back to life a 2012 KR 100 2HA who use the v5.6.9 of KRC. Wires between the contrôler and robot have been cut... I bought new câbles and solder those who could not be bought. On power on i get a data mismatch between RDC and hard drive. Since the hard drive has the accurate values i select them using the setup/robot data. There is still some errors for whom i am a bit confused abouth:

    $PMCHANNEL(3) invalid value. (The value seems coherent in the hard drive)


    /R1 machine data loader aborted. ( Maby because of the previous error?)


    Initialisation of the DSE running ( but it never ends)


    My main goal is tonat least be able to jog all the axis in t1 mode.

    i would double check new cables and robot MADA

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    Here is some visual content. I will double check the câbles. What should i be looking in the mada? I should mention that every comms are disconnected (ethernet, profibus, devicenet). I have disable the device net by commenting the ini file related. Also all the lights are green on the main board.

    Take robot mada and put it in a folder 1 on your computer.

    Go to D: of robot and find factory MADA for same robot.

    Use some compare tool to find differences between two folders. Beyond Compare, KDIFF3, WinMerge...
