We have two CRX5s but for some reason they are performing at different speeds. The first machine is set to 1000mm/s based on the collaborative speed screen and the override is set to 100 but I know it’s not moving anywhere near 1000mm/s. The new one, which is supposed to be a copy of the first system, is set to 300mm/s on the collaborative speed screen speed with 100 for override as well. When I change that one to perform at the 1000mm/s then it definitely moves a lot faster (way too fast). Is there some other speed variable that might be limiting the first one that I’m not seeing anywhere? I checked MCR and that all seems to be the same so I’m at a loss on this.

What is a LED indicator color when it goes fast? If it is green - still collaborative speed mode. If it switches to orange/yellow it is non collaborative speed. I have crx10 and tested it before. At this point we run it at max collaborative speed if people not close to the cell. As someone approaches the cell it slows down. Check your DCS settings too, if speeds controlled by DIs.
