What's the password reset feature on an RJ-2? I have a robot that somebody set up to be password protected, but they don't work with us anymore. I called Tech Support, and the tech promised to send me the proceedure, but it hasn't happened yet. I know I can backup the controller and reload software, but that's a 3 hour operation.
Software is SpotTool 4.40 if there is a difference.

I have never met with RJ-2, but in R-30iA if you have AOA backup, you can check in SYSPASS.SV (edit as text) what is the password...

Like wroted, controlled start, load syspass.sv without password and that's it. If You haven't that file I could send You that on priv.

For R-J2 you can open the syspass.sv file in microsoft excel and make out username & password characters if nothing else works. I've figured out forgotten passwords for ppl in the past.
when using R-J3, you can check the password having image backup (which can be done by Boot Monitor).
