i get constantly messages from people that are apparently incapable of communicating. even when asked to explain what they mean, they come up with something irrelevant or even nonsensical.
i try to help as much as possible but usually three strikes are my limit. sometimes i may go for more just to see if the person on the other side can come up with something usable... ever.
also i wonder, why are THEY dealing with anything technical... who chooses to put them into positions that require any skills? like reading/writing... and just using words. technical positions require more than basic reading/writing skills. robots can kill so why would anyone allow illiterates near robot or anything industrial?
