    Good morning experts!

I am trying to establish communication between an Allen-Bradley PLC (L330ERMS2 with firmware 35.011) and a Kuka robot (KRC5 - 8.7.5) via Ethernet/IP (KUKA.EthernetIP MS V5.1.3) with mxAutomation (V3.2.2 on robot and V3.2.0 on PLC).

I have everything connected correctly as usual, as we rely on a PLC program that KUKA made us the first time we started a robot, KRCDiag attached.

The problem is that I have the alarm 509 active all the time and when I do ACK, the alarm 801 is also activated.

Does anyone know where it could be going wrong?

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards.

    many things could be wrong...

    you did not:

    1. show how things are connected, just that you connected the "correctly"

    2. show network settings of all nodes, it is unclear if they are in the same subnet

    3. state roles of each side, project shows that robot is configured to act as EIP adapter (slave) so PLC must be a scanner (master)

    4. show settings of the plc side

    5. post normal KRCDiag. attached file includes different layers and 7z compression so LogViewer does not process it.

    6. post screenshots of the messages, i do not recognize 509 and 801.

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

Finally I update the library mxAutomation form 3.2 to 3.3 and it solved the problem. Thanks for the support!
