Hello.
I have problem with my Abb irb 2400 robot with M97A controller and S4 pendant.
After power up it stuck at boot=iocbase-vr001-060112-1052. It tries to boot two times. Red lights turns off on computer.
How can i check if this is HW or SW problem?

Are the MS, NS & EN LEDs also green on the DSQC331 Panel Unit?
IF they are green, then it may be the teach pendant.
Seems like it is almost finished booting. A suggestion passed to me from ABB tech support years ago was to disconnect many of the non-essential items to see if anything was hanging up the system - booting with errors is better than not booting at all. Try disconnecting robot-to-controller cables, on the Panel Unit; X1-X4 terminals & X9 bus to I/O, on the backplane; X23 to SMB & X22 to the drives.
If you are good with computers that have access to an RS-232 port, download > ABB S3/S4 PC as a Service Tool. The concept also works for the S4C & S4C+. When an ABB controller is booting, it outputs its progress to the port. It's also discussed in older threads in this forum.

Finaly made it to connect to computers and disconnect all listed non-essential hardware.
In attachment there are logs from computers. In link, there is video of leds after startup.
Any idea what next?

Pull the DSQC336 Ethernet adapter card & try again.
See if that changes the logs.
Did the fault happen after a longer shutdown of the robot, or was he used frequently before?
If no real change without all disconnected, try reconnecting everything and see what happens.
According to the log, it is writing to the pendant but it is not being displayed. Can you verify the teach pendant on another system or have you tried another pendant?
Inspect the XS20 controller/pendant connectors and pay attention to pushed in contacts.
Make sure X7 on the DSQC331 Panel Unit is fully seated.
Make sure cable between Panel Unit X10 & Backplane X11 is fully seated.
Hm. No harm in trying a different DSQC331 Panel Unit. The panel unit has some signal protection for the TP communications. TP communications originates on the Robot CPU thru the backplane and thru the panel unit to the teach pendant.
My assumption 
is the added DSQC328 on CAN-1 would not affect the TP communication as they are separate channels & protocols.
