Hi,
We have a KUKA KR10R1100 HM C4SR with KRC5 micro - 8.7.6. at one of our customer sites. The Control's Manager wants to access the KUKA controllers from his office which is on a different subnet with IP 192.168.0.11
We have the Kuka controllers on a different subnet
- IP 192.168.102.129
- Subnet mask 255.255.0.0
- Standard gateway(virtual5) 192.168.102.1
- DNS server(virtual5) 0.0.0.0
He can connect to the Allen Bradley PLC, which is on the same 192.168.102.xxx subnet but not to the KUKA controller.
Hopefully, someone has prior experience setting up a remote connection to the controller from a different subnet.
The controller is connected to the switch via XF5 which is an OT network. Do I have to get KUKA.OptionalLineInterface to be able to connect from a different subnet?
