I have a cell with 3 robots and some fixtures. Currently, it is a mix between some things are controlled by the PLC, such as conveyors and stuff, but other things are controlled by the robot such as the fixtures.
It's kind of a mess all of it, and I would like to streamline it.
I want as much as possible to be controlled by the PLC, but I'm not sure MotoLogix is the way to go, either, as the operators would like to be able to make tests, etc, from the pendant.
So, I was wondering if there is a good way of calling specific Inform jobs (on the robot) from the PLC? Currently, I'm working with DX200, but they have a variety of controllers out there.
