Hi, I'am currently trying to start a project with the Kuka KR C2. But I have a problem with the qualifying input. I bridged the connection between pin 50 and 7 and between pin 51 and 25 on the plug X11. I measured continuity between the pins on connector X22 on the A1 board. But still the teach pendant tells me the qualifying inputs are false. I also can't release drive but i think this is because of the qualifying input problem.
Qualifying input doesn't change to true

that should be fine

Do You mean that it should work when the qualifying inputs are false or that the bridge connections are fine?
-
i mean your connections should work and you should not see that massage again. If you did not already do so, reboot.
this is because it is not enough to make the connections - both channels must close at the same time, and if one is inserting connections or X11 plug etc. time channels are made will be inconsistent and then you get safety lockout.

I've rebooted but it still says that the qualifying inputs are false. Is there another know reason for this behaviour?
-
based on evidence you supplied - of course there is...
the question is what that reason may be. perhaps share more info...

I was not totaly correct. In the ESC-diagnosis window in the state view, the state of qualifying input doesn't change. The icon is red but in the value box it sais 'OK'. When I look at the bit-data i see QE-B and QE-A change value from true to false like it should. However I also can't enable 'Enable drives'. I've bridged pins 41 and 42 but in the bit-data 'AF' stays false. I'm not shure if these two tings have something to do with eachother.

Problem is solved. I have an external axis wich was not yet connected but with connecting it i could enable the drives
