What would be the best way to manage/share roboguide project files within a team?

Hi Guys,

Due to workload, the company employed another robotic engineer.

We have three roboguide licences and it's sitting on individual laptops.

Currently, projects are saved on computers that the team members worked on.

Do you guys have any ways of managing roboguide project files within a company? Ideally, all team members need to access different projects (not at the same time).

We are thinking about adding a network drive and saving all projects onto that drive.

Just a little background, we tried to to use onedrive but it causes crashes as one drive tries to save files used by Roboguide.

It would be a great help If you guys can share some information on how to manage the projects within a team.

I don't know anything about networking. We'll ask our IT company to check the feasibility of GIT and SVN.

Can you provide any information that you may have?
