Hello.
I will use System job in my controller. it is YRC1000. i couldn't find any manual in Motoman web site. where can i find about this function?
I would appreciate help with this.

Is this function active on your controller?
If yes, that is easy to use and is same as another jobs.
It doesn't need any documents to use.
Only now, some of instructions can use in these job, always use a delay 10 to 15 (DELAY is one of instructions in the information list) in end of your codes. Create a loop job and write your codes in the loop.

Well, there are two distinct situations here.
I'm not so familiar with Smart Pendant, but as far I can tell, in the sake of simplicity, it has limited features compared to the regular Programming Pendant.
To access those more advanced functions inside a Smart Pendant, Yaskawa released this Classic Interface view.
But System Jobs are a paid option. If You don't have it enabled on your controller, You wouldn't have access to it, doesn't matter what type of pendant You are using.
